Bastonisto, discipline

Discipline is needed when things become difficult or painfull. Training your body and mind is a hard and long proces that never stops. Discipline is usefull when you are tired or down, but discipline alone is not enough, you should find your satisfaction in the daily training, without enjoying the way to your goals you won't succeed.
Excercise, meditation, study and training are like eating and sleeping, you need it every day, you better enjoy it.
